Motorrad
Media collaborates with Unseen Voices Productions to
produce the documentary film "Road Less Traveled".
The
documentary will follow two brothers as they ride their motorcycles across the
5,000 mile "Trans-American Trail" — an
off-road motorcycle adventure traversing the United States on a series of 4x4
trails, gravel roads, logging roads, fire-roads and single-track trails. Our
journey begins at the Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee, riding through ten
states and countless towns, before finishing 35-days later at the Pacific Ocean
in Oregon.
In
addition to collaboration on production, Michael Murray of
Motorrad Media and MotorcycleTravelDVDs.com has
been selected as the primary "rider/cameraman" for the documentary
film project. Support crew will consist of the Producer and Director of Photography
who will follow the riders in a chase-vehicle with film equipment, bike equipment
and camping equipment.
The
team is very optimistic about the journey and are setting their sights high
with plans to have the documentary shown on cable networks such as Discovery’s
Travel Channel, the OLN (Outdoor Life Network) and Speed TV to name a few.
In addition to the cable networks will be the sales of DVDs through distribution.
